After completing registration give our patient care advisors a call at 717-296-8101 to schedule and pay for your certification ( $199 for initial certification and $149 for renewals) Meet with one of our physicians from the comfort of your home

Meet With Physician

All appointments are telemedicine, meet with our team of physicians from the comfort of your home!

Finalizing Your Card!

After your appointment the physician will process your certification within 24 hours Log back into your account with PA CLICK HERE Click make payment and pay the $50 processing fee.

You're done, your card will be shipped in the following 5-10 business days! Card will arrive in plain white envelope (sometimes looks like junk mail)
